My Reading List

Everybody Loves Tank Girl #1: Much closer in feel to the older material then the last series. Looking forward to more.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Microseries #6: Has been a neat B-side to the main series, filled with insights into smaller bits of characterization that help breathe life in to the new continuity.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #12: Ninja fights, solid characterization, and a little bit of heartwarming to boot.

Wolverine and the X-Men #14: Figures it would be Colossus who came around first, he's historically the biggest softie in the "Phoenix Five".

Prophet #27: It's amazing how much I enjoy Rob Liefeld created IP when it's put into other people's hands.

(IDW does not appear to maintain an official page or catalog listings for the Ninja Turtles that is easy to find on either Google or their site)

My Reading List

Marceline and the Scream Queens #1 of 6: It's become clear to me that I should have already begun watching this Adventure Time cartoon, because if the comics are any indication it might as well be marketed right at me.

Creepy #9: How did I miss 8 issues of this?

The Li'l Depressed Boy #12: Pretty consistently one of my favourite books.

Punk Rock Jesus #1 of 6: I can't decide if I would actually watch a reality show about future clone baby Jesus or not. I think I might.

Spider-Men 3 of 5 continues to be a really good mix of funny and dramatic. Continuity dense, be warned.

My Reading List

Payroll weirdness caused me to wind up grabbing my comics too late to do this last week. Let's hope it doesn't become a habit.

Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #12: ...I did not see that coming. I guess I should have, but I just didn't think it would happen like that.

Uncanny X-Men #15: Splendid fucking weirdness. Still really hate that visor design.

X-Factor #239: Dark, funny, just the right amount of dramatic.

Creator Owned Heroes #2: 2 great comics, an interview with Paul Pope, and advice columns.
