My Reading List
Scarlet Spider #6; the fact that the name makes Kaine cringe is amusing to me.
X-Men Legacy #268; Frenzy being Frenzy. Kicking asses, having flashbacks, defying orders.
Spider-Men #1; this could be really fun, or really depressing, but ideally will manage a balance of both.
Ultimate Comics X-Men #13; I was wondering when they'd come back to the team in New York.
AvX VS #3 has punching, shooting, stabbing and Russian. I may install the Marvel AR app that provides translations.
Now I've got to run away and watch Dawn of the Seeker. Later.

My Reading List
Going to make an effort to get more consistent with doing this again. Repeat until habit, right?
Creator-Owned Heroes #1; I enjoyed both stories, but was a bit overwhelmed by the shear amount of back matter. I'll wade through it at some point, the cover layout should have been a tip that this was more a magazine with comics then a comic book.
X-Factor #237; This team still needs a therapist on staff.
Journey Into Mystery #639; Don't worry, Kid Loki, my mom didn't get the reference either.
Defenders #7; I will buy just about anything with the Silver Surfer, that's an empirically provable fact. Defenders is doing something I love with it's plot: A Secret History that could, but doesn't, upset the status quo of it's shared universe for internally consistent reasons.
Mighty Thor Annual #1; I will buy just about anything with the Silver Surfer, that's an empirically provable fact. Thor and The Surfer fight space monsters? Sold!

My Reading List
It's been a while since I did one of these, I'm going to dive right in.
Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #10: My love for Ultimate Spider-Man is well established. I think it's the one Ultimate book that manages to work no matter what other nonsense is going on in it's shared canon.
X-Factor #235: Madrox and Shatterstar go undercover as members of a z-list costumed neighbourhood watch who are being stalked by a psychopath. About as funny as it sounds if you ignore/laugh at the disembowellings.

The Tick #100: Featuring Invincible in a fairly lighter story then the last time I read one of his issues. Features one of those handy "everything that has happened to date" guides at the end for the Tick, if that's the sort of thing you like in your big milestone issues.
Exiled 1 of 5: "Oh, man! Is this more Asgardian stuff? Asgardian stuff freaks me out #superheroproblems"

Hi!
If you wound up here because I gave you one of my silly little cards this site has been out of use for about a year and a half(which I probably rambled about at least a bit when I gave it to you), the current site of my brain leavings is over on Tumblr, I also still run my mouth over on Twitter. At some point I intend to either get something new started up here, or get something else started and have this page redirect to there, after all, I've still got all those fucking cards with this URL on them, why waste them?
